This clarification text has been prepared by Mensan Kimyevi Maddeler Tekstil Sanayi Ticaret ve Pazarlama Limited Şirketi, acting as the data controller, within the framework of Article 10 of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“KVKK”) and the communiqué on the procedures and principles to be followed in fulfilling the disclosure obligation. It has been prepared to inform you about the purposes of processing, legal reasons, method of collection, to whom it can be transferred and your rights within the scope of KVKK.

In order to ensure the security of our service area, images are recorded via security cameras on the exterior and interior of our service area, as well as in the warehouse and production area, and the recording process is inspected by the authorized unit.

Your personal data in question is processed by automatic means based on the legal reason stated in article 5 of the law that "data processing is mandatory for the legitimate interests of the data controller, provided that it does not harm the fundamental rights and freedoms of the relevant person". In addition, your relevant personal data may be transferred to judicial authorities or relevant law enforcement forces upon request to resolve legal disputes or in accordance with the relevant legislation.

Article 20 of the constitution states that everyone has the right to be informed about their personal data. In article 11 of the KVKK, the rights of the personal data owner under the law are listed.

Your requests within the scope of article 11 of the law, which regulates the rights of the relevant person, can be submitted to in accordance with article 5 of the "communiqué on the procedures and principles of application to the data controller".
